Certainly not, Anern.shop does not include any hidden charges when you purchase any product from the site. Whatever the amount is written, it is the exact amount you need to pay.

Q. How much is shipping for my order?

Transport costs are calculated automatically based on your delivery address. To enable this, please create an account and add products to your cart. Fees are calculated automatically.

Q. How long will it take to ship the goods after placing the order?

Generally, your order will be shipped within 7 days. We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible. There might be some delay in delivery due to below-mentioned reasons:

Q. Can I choose multiple shipping methods?

Q. How can I track my order?

Anern.shop offers you a tracking option, using this you will immediately receive an email provided with a link to track the status of your product. The status includes, where the item is currently and you will get an idea of how many days you can receive the item.

Q. Can I change the delivery time for my order?

Q. What should I do if my order is damaged?

WARRANTY

Q. Does the products I bought at Anern Online Store have a warranty period?

The guarantee period of our products is displayed on the product page, the "guarantee" and the "Technical" tab. It may be that the warranty periods are available in the "Downloads" tab with a PDF form. You must keep your purchase invoice that serves as proof of purchase.

Q. How do I claim warranty if the warranty card is not sealed on the product I bought?

Q. Will the replacement product's warranty be the same as the initial product?

Sure, All goods bought from Anern Online Store support the same warranty whether initial product or replacement.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

Q. How can I cancel my order?

Your order can be canceled only before dispatch. Orders can be canceled done via my accounts section and the complete amount will be refunded. Any problem regarding payment or canceling order please contact our online service staff or leave your message at contact us page for help.

Q. Can I return the product delivered to me?

Of course, but a product can be returned but only under the following circumstances:

Product is physically damaged/defective

Varies from the description on the website

Wrong item delivered
